La mente cede all&#8217;inerzia (<span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #99ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/en\/guna-yoga\/\"><em>tamas<\/em><\/a><\/span>) e non ne vuole sapere.<\/p>\n<p>Per fortuna i <em>rishi<\/em>, che avevano una conoscenza superama della mente e dell&#8217;animo umani, ci hanno lasciato molti metodi per affrontare questa inerzia.<\/p>\n<p>Uno tra questi \u00e8 il respiro Ujjayi, o Ujjayi <span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #99ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/en\/pranayama-yoga\/\">pranayama<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h4>Il respiro vittorioso<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"28\" data-end=\"232\">Il termine sanscrito <strong data-start=\"49\" data-end=\"69\">ujjayi <\/strong>deriva dalla radice <strong data-start=\"90\" data-end=\"103\">ud- \/ ut-<\/strong> (\u201calzarsi\u201d, \u201csollevarsi\u201d, \u201cespandersi verso l\u2019alto\u201d) + <strong data-start=\"159\" data-end=\"165\">ji<\/strong> (\u201cvincere\u201d, \u201cconquistare\u201d) e viene tradotto con<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"234\" data-end=\"358\"><strong data-start=\"234\" data-end=\"290\">\u201ccolui che si eleva\u201d, \u201cche conquista\u201d, \u201cche espande\u201d<\/strong>, spesso reso come <em data-start=\"309\" data-end=\"331\">\u201crespiro vittorioso\u201d<\/em> o <em data-start=\"334\" data-end=\"357\">\u201crespiro che solleva\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"234\" data-end=\"358\">Questa tecnica infatti dissipa il torpore, migliora la vascolarizzazione, fa fluire il calore dalle periferie verso il centro e conduce il sistema nervoso da \u201coggi non ce la faccio\u201d a \u201cok, ci sono, qui e ora\u201d.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"234\" data-end=\"358\">La tecnica<\/h4>\n<p>Accedere a questo tesoro sempre a nostra disposizione \u00e8 molto semplice. Dopo aver inspirato profondamente.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Si e<span style=\"font-size: revert;\">spira come se si volesse \u201cappannare un vetro\u201d, ma con la bocca chiusa. La gola si restringe leggermente. Quasi come quando si sta per russare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">L&#8217;aria che passando attraverso la glottide leggermente contratta, provocher\u00e0 un suono simile a quello del mare, o per dirlo in modo meno poetico, simile al respiro di Dart Veder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"809\">Alla successiva inspirazione si mantiene la stessa costrizione.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"809\">Si continua poi a espirare e inspirare in modo continuo e fluido per alcuni minuti senza forzare.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"809\">Spesso questo respiro accompagna anche l&#8217;esecuzione delle asana, soprattutto durante i saluti al sole. <b>\u00c8 un metronomo interno;<\/b> la sua cadenza lenta e sonora aiuta a sincronizzare ogni movimento con un&#8217;inspirazione o un&#8217;espirazione, mantenendoti sempre presente.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"65\" data-end=\"92\"><strong data-start=\"65\" data-end=\"92\">Perch\u00e9 funziona davvero<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"94\" data-end=\"389\">In pochi cicli il respiro si fa pi\u00f9 caldo e pi\u00f9 profondo. La microcircolazione si attiva, il torpore scivola via e l&#8217;intelligenza della mente torna disponibile. Non \u00e8 magia, ma fisiologia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"236\" data-end=\"507\"><strong data-start=\"236\" data-end=\"292\">1. Aumento della pressione intratoracica controllata<\/strong><br data-start=\"292\" data-end=\"295\" \/>La leggera costrizione della glottide rallenta il flusso d\u2019aria. Questo crea micro-variazioni di pressione nel torace che favoriscono la spinta meccanica sul sistema vascolare, migliorando la circolazione locale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"752\"><strong data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"559\">2. Migliore ossigenazione e quindi tessuti pi\u00f9 attivi<\/strong><br data-start=\"559\" data-end=\"562\" \/>Respirare pi\u00f9 lentamente e pi\u00f9 profondamente aumenta la saturazione di ossigeno e l\u2019efficienza degli scambi gassosi. Maggiore ossigeno signicia tessuti meglio nutriti e meglio irrorati.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"1023\"><strong data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"810\">3. Attivazione parasimpatica e quindi lieve vasodilatazione<\/strong><br data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"813\" \/>Il ritmo lento (come quello del mar!) e il suono regolare dell\u2019Ujjayi calmano il sistema nervoso autonomo. Questo tende a ridurre la vasocostrizione da stress e favorire una vasodilatazione moderata, soprattutto a livello periferico.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"1023\">Provare per credere<\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,1\">&#8220;E io che mi riempivo di vitamine! Pu\u00f2 davvero essere cos\u00ec facile scacciare l&#8217;inerzia e ritrovare la concentrazione?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2\">Uno degli insegnamenti di Gautama Buddha (Kalama Sutta) era quello di non credere ciecamente a ci\u00f2 che diceva lui o la tradizione, ma di fare esperienza diretta delle cose.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,3\">Se non lo avete mai provato e avete ancora dubbi, la prossima volta che salite sul tappetino con la sensazione di tamas, prendete qualche minuto solo per praticare Ujjayi prima di iniziare le asana o durante i saluti al sole.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,4\">E scoprite se affronterete la pratica&#8230; vittorios\u0259!<\/p>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"6,5\" \/>\n<h3>Nota sulle Controindicazioni<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,7\">Come l&#8217;intera pratica dello yoga, anche l&#8217;Ujjayi Pranayama deve essere affrontato con consapevolezza. Evitatelo o procedete con estrema cautela se:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"6,8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,8,0,0\">Avete la <b>febbre o infiammatori<\/b> (es. mal di gola acuto).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,8,1,0\">Tendete a <b>iperventilare<\/b> o avvertite vertigini durante la pratica.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,8,2,0\"><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">Se soffrite di <strong>attacchi di panico o ansia<\/strong>, provate prima a calmare il respiro.
