Il mio <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">sthula<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">sharira<\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> sta un po&#8217; scomodo su questa sedia pieghevole su cui sono seduto e le mani toccano la tastiera. Nel frattempo il mio <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">sukshma<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">sharira<\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> sta osservando il monitor e sentendo il contatto dei tasti sotto le dita. E il mio <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">karan<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">sharira<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">? Boh, cos\u00ec su due piedi non saprei, ma probabilmente sta facendo i conti con i miei samskara o i miei <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">vasana<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Io, come voi che leggete, ho tre corpi con cui faccio esperienza del mondo. I Tri-<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">Sharira<\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> sono tre prospettive attraverso cui ci conosciamo e ci trasformiamo, man mano che progrediamo nella pratica.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"pf0\"><strong><span class=\"cf0\">Yoga e Tri-<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">Sharira<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">In un altro post avevo parlato dei <span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #99ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/en\/i-kosha\/\">kosha<\/a><\/span>, le \u201cguaine\u201d che racchiudono il s\u00e9 e che fanno da segnavia nel nostro percorso di liberazione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Il concetto dei tre corpi si intreccia a quello dei kosha e ne completa la visione: entrambi ci accompagnano dal piano fisico (<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">sthula<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">) a quello sottile (<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">sukshma<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">), fino a quello causale (<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">karan<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"pf0\"><strong><span class=\"cf0\">Sthula<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">Sharira<\/span> <span class=\"cf1\">\u2014 il corpo grossolano<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">\u00c8 la parte di noi che vediamo, tocchiamo e sperimentiamo attraverso i sensi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Nasce dai cinque elementi (<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">Pancha<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">Mahabhutas<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">): terra, acqua, fuoco, aria ed etere, che formano tessuti, organi e ossa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Corrisponde all\u2019<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">Annamayakosha<\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> (\u201canna\u201d significa cibo), il pi\u00f9 esterno tra i kosha, ed \u00e8 associato allo stato di veglia (<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">Jagrat<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">Avastha<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Attraverso le <strong>asana<\/strong> e un\u2019<strong>alimentazione<\/strong> consapevole purifichiamo e rafforziamo questo corpo, la base concreta della nostra esperienza.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"pf0\"><strong><span class=\"cf0\">Sukshma<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">Sharira<\/span> <span class=\"cf1\">\u2014 il corpo sottile o astrale<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">\u00c8 il corpo energetico, ci\u00f2 che d\u00e0 vita e movimento al corpo fisico e che permette l\u2019esperienza interiore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Contiene 19 <span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #99ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/en\/i-tattwa\/\">elementi<\/a> <\/span>sottili (organi d\u2019azione, di percezione, cinque prana e le quattro facolt\u00e0 mentali).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Si collega a tre kosha:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><strong><span class=\"cf0\">Pranamayakosha<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"cf0\">, la guaina vitale, dove scorre l\u2019energia nei <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">nadi<\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> e nei chakra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><strong><span class=\"cf0\">Manomayakosha<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"cf0\">, la guaina mentale, sede dei pensieri e delle emozioni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><strong><span class=\"cf0\">Vijnanamayakosha<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"cf0\">, la guaina della conoscenza e del discernimento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">\u00c8 associato allo stato di <strong>sogno<\/strong> (Swapna <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">Avastha<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">): quando i sensi tacciono, il corpo sottile continua a esperire, creando il mondo onirico.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"pf0\"><strong><span class=\"cf0\">Karan <\/span><span class=\"cf0\">Sharira<\/span> <span class=\"cf1\">\u2014 il corpo causale<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">\u00c8 la forma pi\u00f9 sottile di esistenza, la causa da cui emergono corpo sottile e corpo fisico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Non ha parti distinte: \u00e8 uno stato indifferenziato che contiene <span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #99ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/en\/il-karna\/\">samskara<\/a> <\/span>(impressioni karmiche) e <\/span><span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #99ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/en\/il-karma\/\"><span class=\"cf0\">vasana<\/span><\/a><\/span><span class=\"cf0\"> (tendenze latenti) accumulate nel tempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Corrisponde all\u2019<\/span><strong><span class=\"cf0\">Anandamayakosha<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"cf0\">, la guaina della beatitudine: gioia e serenit\u00e0 profonde, anche se ancora velate rispetto all\u2019Atman.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">\u00c8 associato allo stato di <strong>sonno profondo<\/strong> (<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">Sushupti<\/span> <span class=\"cf0\">Avastha<\/span><span class=\"cf0\">), dove <span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #99ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/en\/il-sonno-per-lo-yoga\/\">mente e sensi sono inattivi e si sperimenta una pace inconsapevole<\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Con la meditazione (dhyana) e l\u2019introspezione si trascende anche questo corpo, per riconoscere il S\u00e9, pura coscienza e beatitudine.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Tornare alla causa di tutto<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Per lo yoga non esiste un peccato originale, ma una missione: fare esperienza del mondo e tornare alla forza creatrice, Brahman.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Non \u00e8 un cammino facile, ma \u00e8 un sentiero possibile e gi\u00e0 tracciato.
