lattico\u201d?<br data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"481\" \/>Beh, in realt\u00e0 non ce l&#8217;avevate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"718\">Infatti, se \u00e8 vero che durante lo sforzo intenso i muscoli producono acido lattico (accompagnato da ioni di idrogeno, veri responsabili del bruciore), \u00e8 anche vero che lo eliminano in fretta, quasi subito.<br data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"632\" \/>Il dolore che compare il giorno dopo infatti non dipende da questo, ma da tutt\u2019altro processo.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"723\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"725\" data-end=\"760\">Il vero responsabile: il DOMS<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"1102\">Quel fastidio che arriva 24-72 ore dopo l\u2019attivit\u00e0 si chiama <strong data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"830\">DOMS<\/strong> (<em data-start=\"832\" data-end=\"863\">Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness<\/em>), o <strong data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"919\">indolenzimento muscolare a insorgenza ritardata<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"923\" \/>\u00c8 causato da <strong data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"987\">microlesioni fisiologiche (quindi niente panico!) nelle fibre muscolari<\/strong>, soprattutto dopo esercizi che richiedono controllo e allungamento sotto sforzo (come accade spesso nello yoga).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1252\">Queste microlesioni attivano una <strong data-start=\"1137\" data-end=\"1172\">risposta infiammatoria naturale<\/strong>: il corpo ripara le fibre e le rende pi\u00f9 forti, pi\u00f9 elastiche e pi\u00f9 resistenti.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1257\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1259\" data-end=\"1314\">Microlesioni \u201cbuone\u201d: il segreto dell\u2019adattamento<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1498\">Senza queste piccole rotture, i muscoli non potrebbero adattarsi.<br data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1383\" \/>Il dolore post-allenamento \u00e8 quindi un segnale che stiamo crescendo e migliorando la nostra efficienza muscolare.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1544\">\u00c8 un processo di rinnovamento, non di danno.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1546\" data-end=\"1549\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1589\">Yoga, DOMS e&#8230;fluage<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1590\" data-end=\"1949\">Anche nello <strong data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1610\">yoga<\/strong> e nella <strong data-start=\"1619\" data-end=\"1643\">postural gymnastics<\/strong>, molte posizioni combinano <strong data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1698\">tensione e allungamento<\/strong>: il muscolo si contrae mentre si allunga, producendo adattamenti positivi.<br data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1776\" \/>Inoltre, il mantenimento prolungato dello <strong data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1832\">stretching<\/strong> agisce sul tessuto connettivo, tendini e legamenti, favorendo un fenomeno di adattamento elastico chiamato <em data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"1948\">fluage<\/em>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"1954\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1956\" data-end=\"2006\">Scusaci tanto caro &#8220;acido lattico&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2007\" data-end=\"2204\">Insomma, gli ioni dell\u2019acido lattico non hanno nulla a che vedere con i dolori post-allenamento.<br data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2097\" \/>Il fastidio che proviamo \u00e8 il segno che il corpo si sta adattando, diventando pi\u00f9 forte e pi\u00f9 flessibile.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2206\" data-end=\"2382\">E ricordiamoci, che anche durante l\u2019esercizio, quella sensazione di bruciore (dovuta lei s\u00ec, &#8220;all&#8217;acido lattico&#8221;) <strong>non \u00e8 un nemico: \u00e8 un segnale prezioso<\/strong> che protegge i nostri
