Per cos\u2019altro, senn\u00f2?\u201d<br data-start=\"641\" data-end=\"644\" \/>Eppure, se ogni mattina ci mettessimo sul tappetino con questa ambizione, probabilmente lo rivenderemmo su Vinted dopo un paio di mesi.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"1084\">Certo, lo yoga <em data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"803\">pu\u00f2<\/em> condurci alla liberazione e traccia la via con rigore scientifico, ma prima di tutto ci guida <strong data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"918\">progressivamente<\/strong>, attraverso <strong data-start=\"931\" data-end=\"978\">stadi di consapevolezza sempre pi\u00f9 profondi<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"982\" \/>Come si dice in questi casi \u2014 e come scrisse T. S. Eliot \u2014 \u201c\u00e8 il viaggio, non la meta, ci\u00f2 che conta\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"563\" data-end=\"832\"><strong data-start=\"563\" data-end=\"611\">Quindi, come fa lo yoga a condurci alla liberazione?<\/strong><br data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"614\" \/>Quando Patanjali compose gli\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/en\/yoga-sutra\/\"><em data-start=\"643\" data-end=\"655\"><span style=\"color: #99ccff;\">Yoga Sutra<\/span><\/em><\/a>\u00a0tra il II e il IV secolo d.C., descrisse un percorso di purificazione in otto stadi, destinato a condurre il\u00a0<em data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"774\">sadhaka<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 il praticante \u2014 alla realizzazione del S\u00e9 (<em data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"828\">Purusha<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"1022\">L\u2019idea di fondo \u00e8 che il vero S\u00e9 sia celato dietro cinque guaine, chiamate\u00a0<em data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"915\">kosha<\/em>, che il praticante deve trascendere. <strong>Esse s<\/strong>o<strong>no le dimensioni in cui un essere umano agisce e interagisce nella vita quotidiana.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"1022\">Di queste la pi\u00f9 esterna e accessibile di queste guaine \u00e8 il corpo fisico, <strong><em data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1019\">Annamaya Kosha<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"1022\">In questo livello, quello della materia, interagiamo con il mondo tramite i sensi.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"1022\">A questo livello si utilizzano le <em data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1065\">\u0101sana<\/em>\u00a0(posture yoga) come strumenti di purificazione, per prepararsi e rafforzarsi in vista delle pratiche pi\u00f9 sottili.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1420\">Quando la pratica delle\u00a0<em data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1214\">\u0101sana<\/em>\u00a0\u00e8 consolidata, il\u00a0<em data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1242\">sadhaka<\/em>\u00a0pu\u00f2 iniziare a lavorare su\u00a0<strong><em data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1286\">Pr\u0101namaya Kosha<\/em><\/strong>, il corpo energetico.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1420\">Il prana \u00e8 sia l&#8217;energia che governa le attivit\u00e0\u00a0 del corpo e della mente, sia l&#8217;energia che regola il cosmo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1420\">Qui si pratica il\u00a0<em data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1340\">pr\u0101\u1e47\u0101y\u0101ma<\/em>\u00a0(controllo del respiro), che regola il flusso del\u00a0<em data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1398\">pr\u0101\u1e47a<\/em>\u00a0\u2014 l\u2019energia vitale.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1853\">La stabilit\u00e0 e la vitalit\u00e0 ottenute a questo stadio permettono di accedere a un lavoro pi\u00f9 sottile, sul\u00a0<strong><em data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1541\">Manomaya Ko\u015ba<\/em>,<\/strong>\u00a0il corpo mentale.<\/p>\n<p>Qui entrano in gioco il quinto e il sesto\u00a0<em data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1611\">a\u1e45ga<\/em>\u00a0dell\u2019<em data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1631\">A\u1e63\u1e6d\u0101\u1e45ga Yoga<\/em>:\u00a0<em data-start=\"1633\" data-end=\"1645\">praty\u0101h\u0101ra<\/em>\u00a0(ritiro dei sensi) e\u00a0<em data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"1676\">dh\u0101ra\u1e47\u0101<\/em>\u00a0(concentrazione). Queste pratiche calmano e purificano la mente, aiutando il praticante a diventare pi\u00f9 consapevole dei propri pensieri ed emozioni, riducendo le distrazioni.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"2172\">Con la mente ormai stabile, si \u00e8 pronti a meditare. Si entra cos\u00ec nel livello del\u00a0<em data-start=\"1930\" data-end=\"1948\">V<strong>ij\u00f1\u0101namaya Ko\u015ba<\/strong><\/em><strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0il corpo intellettuale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"2172\"><br data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"1976\" \/>La meditazione (<em data-start=\"1992\" data-end=\"2000\">dhy\u0101na<\/em>) affina la consapevolezza e la comprensione, risevegliando l\u2019intelletto e la saggezza. A questo punto il praticante \u00e8 in grado di discernere la realt\u00e0 dall\u2019illusione.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p data-start=\"2174\" data-end=\"2428\">Infine, si giunge al\u00a0<strong><em data-start=\"2195\" data-end=\"2212\">\u0100nandamaya Ko\u015ba<\/em><\/strong>, il corpo della beatitudine.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2174\" data-end=\"2428\">Qui il praticante sperimenta lo stato di\u00a0<em data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2294\">sam\u0101dhi<\/em>\u00a0(assorbimento), in cui tutti i\u00a0<em data-start=\"2326\" data-end=\"2332\">ko\u015ba<\/em>\u00a0vengono trascesi e si realizza la natura autentica del S\u00e9, sperimentando la beatitudine pura.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p data-start=\"2430\" data-end=\"2906\">Sebbene nella pratica quotidiana sul tappetino ci si limiti spesso a \u201cstiracchiarsi un po&#8221;o a migliorare la propriocezione, \u00e8 importante ricordare che ogni a<em data-start=\"2588\" data-end=\"2595\">sana<\/em>\u00a0fa parte di un percorso molto pi\u00f9 ampio.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2430\" data-end=\"2906\"><br data-start=\"2636\" data-end=\"2639\" \/>Forse in questa vita non andremo oltre\u00a0<em data-start=\"2678\" data-end=\"2693\">Annamaya Ko\u015ba<\/em>\u00a0o\u00a0<em data-start=\"2696\" data-end=\"2712\">Pr\u0101\u1e47amaya Ko\u015ba<\/em>, ma sapere in quale direzione stiamo andando \u2014 e perch\u00e9 \u2014 \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che distingue lo yoga dalla semplice ginnastica.
