Dovete sapere che i monaci <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"113\">theravada<\/b> vivono in contesti estremamente austeri, in cui ogni gesto che non sia lento e dignitoso \u00e8 vietato dalla <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"228\">Vinaya<\/b>, la severa legge monastica.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Ora immaginate una ventina di questi monaci che cantano a squarciagola una filastrocca inglese, mentre, avvolti nelle loro <i data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"123\">kasaya<\/i> (le tonache arancioni della rinuncia), si muovono freneticamente su e gi\u00f9.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">Total Physical Response<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">Ovviamente i giovani monaci non stavano giocando in modo sfrenato alla faccia delle regole monastiche. Stavano invece imparando le parti del corpo, sfruttando un metodo conosciuto come <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"185\">TPR (Total Physical Response)<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Questo metodo, ideato dallo psicologo James Asher, si basa su un principio semplice ma rivoluzionario: impariamo meglio quando il nostro <b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"137\">corpo partecipa attivamente<\/b> al processo cognitivo. Proprio come da bambini apprendiamo la lingua madre attraverso stimoli fisici e risposte motorie prima ancora di saper parlare, il TPR crea un <b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"331\">ancoraggio mnemonico<\/b> tra l\u2019azione e il concetto. Non \u00e8 solo &#8220;imparare una parola&#8221;, ma \u00e8 &#8220;diventare quella parola&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"12\">Perch\u00e9 funziona (anche fuori da un tempio cambogiano)<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\">Il movimento non serve solo a rompere la monotonia. Coinvolgere il corpo permette di:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"14\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Abbassare il filtro affettivo:<\/b> riduce l\u2019ansia da prestazione (chi di noi ne \u00e8 completamente immune?).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Migliorare la ritenzione:<\/b> il cervello associa il termine a un movimento muscolare, rendendo il ricordo molto pi\u00f9 profondo e duraturo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Creare connessione:<\/b> lo yoga e la ginnastica, in fondo, sono forme millenarie di TPR applicate alla consapevolezza di s\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"15\">Simon Says: do your Yoga<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\">Oggi, quando pratico o insegno <b data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"31\">yoga per adulti<\/b>, <b data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"48\">yoga per bambini<\/b> o conduco una sessione di <b data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"91\">Ginnastica Posturale<\/b>, proco ad applicare quella stessa magia che creava scompiglio tra le mura del tempio cambogiano.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17\">Che si tratti di imparare l\u2019inglese, rieducare la propria postura o forgiare la propria mente, il segreto \u00e8 lo stesso: <b data-path-to-node=\"17\" data-index-in-node=\"119\">ascoltare il corpo per parlare al cervello.<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"18\">Il corpo ha una memoria e un\u2019intelligenza a cui raramente ci concediamo di attingere, delegando tutto l\u2019onere (e l\u2019onore) di apprendere e decidere al cervello.
