Per quanto mi riguarda, \u00e8 un miraggio e anche piuttosto lontano. Certo, \u00e8 un miraggio utile probabilmente, che ci invita a camminare nella direzione giusta, che per\u00f2 non ci toglier\u00e0 dal <em>samsara<\/em> (ciclo delle rinascite) al primo, al secondo o al milionesimo tentativo.<\/p>\n<p>Ad ogni modo, per quanto la meta finale sia la sempre la stessa, lo yoga <em>non<\/em> \u00e8 un cammino unico per tutti. Ci sono pi\u00f9 vie (m<em>arga<\/em>) verso questa meta celestiale, che rispondono a propensioni e approcci diversi.<\/p>\n<p>I quattro Yoga Marga principali, derivati dalla tradizione Vedica e in particolare i primi tre dalla <a href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/en\/bhagavad-gita\/\">Bhagavad Gita<\/a>, sono<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Karma Yoga: Il Sentiero dell&#8217;Azione (\u0928\u093f\u0937\u094d\u0915\u093e\u092e \u0915\u0930\u094d\u092e)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si basa sull&#8217;assunto che<b>\u00a0l<\/b>&#8216;azione (Karma) \u00e8 inevitabile e non intrisicamente negativa, ma che la sofferenza deriva dall&#8217;attaccamento ai\u00a0<b>risultati<\/b>\u00a0di tale azione.<br \/>Il Karma Yogi agisce con diligenza ed efficacia, ma rinuncia all&#8217;egoismo e all&#8217;aspettativa di ricompensa, trasformando cos\u00ec il lavoro in offerta.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Bhakti Yoga: Il Sentiero della Devozione (\u092d\u0915\u094d\u0924\u093f)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qui l&#8217;unione con il Supremo \u00e8 raggiunta attraverso l&#8217;amore puro e incondizionato verso il Divino (<em>Ishvara<\/em>, Dio). Le pratiche includono il canto di inni (<i>kirtan<\/i>), la preghiera, il culto, la lettura di testi sacri e il ricordo costante del Divino.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Jnana Yoga: Il Sentiero della Conoscenza (\u091c\u094d\u091e\u093e\u0928)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0La sofferenza, per chi percorre questo sentiero, \u00e8 causata dall&#8217;ignoranza (<i>Avidya<\/i>) della nostra vera natura (l&#8217;identit\u00e0 tra Atman e Brahman).<br \/>Il Jnana Yogi utilizza l&#8217;intelletto per distinguere (<i>Viveka<\/i>) ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 reale ed eterno (il S\u00e9) da ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 illusorio e transitorio (il mondo, il corpo, la mente).<br \/>In questo marga \u00e8 fondamentale lo studio dei testi sacri (come le Upanishad e la Bhagavad Gita), la riflessione (<i>Manana<\/i>) e la meditazione (<i>Nididhyasana<\/i>).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Raja Yoga: Il Sentiero Regale (\u0930\u093e\u091c)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per chi segue l&#8217;ashtanga yoga di Patanjali, la mente \u00e8 la causa primaria della schiavit\u00f9 o della liberazione. Il Raja Yoga fornisce un metodo sistematico per acquietare le fluttuazioni mentali (<i>Chitta Vritti Nirodha<\/i>) per realizzare il S\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>A questo marga appartiene anche l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/en\/hatha-yoga\/\">Hatha Yoga<\/a>, che \u00e8 visto come fase iniziale e preparatoria per avventurarsi nelle fasi pi\u00f9 avanzate di questo cammino.<\/p>\n<p>A Bhramara Yoga ci cimentiamo proprio in questa fase propedeutica, praticando asana e pranayama, che sono il terzo e il quarto &#8220;anga&#8221; dell&#8217;asthatanga yoga (che \u00e8 complessivamente composto da otto &#8220;anga&#8221; ovvero arti.)<\/p>\n<p>Approfondimenti:<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.prabhupada-books.de\/translations\/gita-italian\/La_Bhagavad-gita_cosi_come_Bhaktivedanta_Swami.pdf\">Bhagavad Gita<\/a><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramakrishnavivekananda.info\/vivekananda\/volume_8\/writings_prose\/four_paths_of_yoga.htm\">Swami Vivekanand sui quattro yoga<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se volete sapere come si fa ad arrivare all&#8217;illuminazione (samadhi), state chiedendo alla persona sbagliata.
