Le risposte possono variare: c\u2019\u00e8 chi pratica Iyengar, chi Ashtanga, chi Kundalini o Vinyasa. Ma, in realt\u00e0, se la pratica si svolge su un tappetino, il tipo di yoga che si \u201cfa\u201d \u00e8 sempre una forma di <strong data-start=\"731\" data-end=\"745\">Hatha Yoga<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"782\">L\u2019origine dell\u2019Hatha Yoga<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"1183\">L\u2019<strong data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"800\">Hatha Yoga<\/strong> \u00e8 la forma di yoga pi\u00f9 popolare e diffusa nel mondo moderno, ma le sue radici sono antiche e profonde.<br data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"906\" \/>Emerso come disciplina autonoma intorno al X-XI secolo d.C., fior\u00ec in India durante il periodo medievale.<br data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1014\" \/>A parlarne in modo strutturato fu <strong data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1062\">Sv\u0101tm\u0101r\u0101ma<\/strong>, nel celebre testo <em data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1104\">Hatha Yoga Pradipika<\/em> (XV secolo), che divenne una delle opere fondamentali della tradizione yogica.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1228\">Nei suoi insegnamenti, Sv\u0101tm\u0101r\u0101ma descrive:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1432\">\n<li data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1264\">\n<p data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1264\">le <strong data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1243\">asana<\/strong> (posture fisiche),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1265\" data-end=\"1314\">\n<p data-start=\"1267\" data-end=\"1314\">le <strong data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1283\">shatkarma<\/strong> (tecniche di purificazione),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1352\">\n<p data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1352\">i <strong data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1328\">mudra<\/strong> (sigilli energetici),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1384\">\n<p data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1384\">i <strong data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1367\">bandha<\/strong> (contrazioni),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1432\">\n<p data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1432\">e il <strong data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1405\">pranayama<\/strong> (controllo del respiro).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1580\">Tutti questi elementi formano un ponte verso lo stato meditativo del <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/en\/yoga-marga\/\"><strong>Raja Yoga<\/strong><\/a><\/span>, la via del controllo mentale e della realizzazione spirituale.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4 data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1625\">Il significato del termine \u201cHatha\u201d<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1677\">Il termine <em data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1645\">Hatha<\/em> deriva da due parole sanscrite:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1679\" data-end=\"1836\">\n<li data-start=\"1679\" data-end=\"1755\">\n<p data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1755\"><strong data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1691\">Ha (\u0939)<\/strong>: l\u2019energia solare \u2014 calda, dinamica, attiva (<em data-start=\"1737\" data-end=\"1751\">Pingala Nadi<\/em>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1756\" data-end=\"1836\">\n<p data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1836\"><strong data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1769\">Tha (\u0920)<\/strong>: l\u2019energia lunare \u2014 fredda, ricettiva, introspettiva (<em data-start=\"1824\" data-end=\"1834\">Ida Nadi<\/em>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1838\" data-end=\"2145\">Lo scopo dell\u2019Hatha Yoga \u00e8 bilanciare e unire queste due forze nel canale energetico centrale, la <strong data-start=\"1940\" data-end=\"1957\">Sushumna Nadi<\/strong>, che scorre lungo la colonna vertebrale.<br data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2001\" \/>Quando le energie si armonizzano, si risveglia la <strong data-start=\"2051\" data-end=\"2064\">Kundalini<\/strong>, l\u2019energia spirituale latente, che sale verso i centri pi\u00f9 elevati di coscienza.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4 data-start=\"2152\" data-end=\"2182\">Un sentiero verso l\u2019unione<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2184\" data-end=\"2497\">L\u2019Hatha Yoga ha radici nel <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/en\/tantra\/\"><strong data-start=\"2211\" data-end=\"2224\">Tantrismo<\/strong> <\/a><\/span>e pone un forte accento sull\u2019energia e sulla consapevolezza del corpo sottile.<br data-start=\"2303\" data-end=\"2306\" \/>Il suo fine ultimo non \u00e8 solo il benessere fisico, ma il raggiungimento di uno stato di <strong data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2419\">illuminazione in vita<\/strong> (<em data-start=\"2421\" data-end=\"2433\">Jivanmukti<\/em>): la piena realizzazione dell\u2019unit\u00e0 tra corpo, mente e spirito.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2499\" data-end=\"2763\">Anche se forse pensiamo di stare facendo solo ginnastica, ogni volta che oggi stendiamo un tappetino e pratichiamo yoga, ripercorriamo un cammino millenario: quello che conduce all\u2019armonia tra le due polarit\u00e0 fondamentali della nostra esistenza \u2014 il sole e la luna, l\u2019attivit\u00e0 e il riposo, l\u2019interno e
