E noi, nella nostre societ\u00e0 moderne, sembriamo proprio averlo preso alla lettera. Abbiamo guardaroba pronti a esplodere, case con cos\u00ec tanti schermi da potercisi abbronzare, decine di marche di carta igienica (?!). A questo mondo abbiamo scarpe-aspirapolvere, spazzolini <em>smart<\/em> e persino concetti astrusi come i <em>tattva. <br \/><br \/><\/em>Anzi no. Chiedo venia, quelli non sono superflui, <strong>i tattva sono<\/strong> <strong>gli elementi fondamentali che costituiscono la realt\u00e0. <\/strong>E se pratichiamo yoga anche conoscerli potrebbe non essere superfluo.<\/p>\n<h4>Perch\u00e8 \u00e8 necessario conoscere questi elementi fondamentali della realt\u00e0?<\/h4>\n<p>Nel percorso Yoga e Tantra, i 36 <span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"\\text{Tattva}\">tattva<\/span> forniscono una &#8220;mappa&#8221; per la liberazione. Mentre gadget high-tech e comfort artificiali provano a rispondere alle nostre frustrazioni, <em><span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #99ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/vritti-klesha\">vritti e klesha<\/a><\/span><\/em>, i tattva sono strumenti per uscire dalla confusione e tornare all\u2019essenza, ci\u00f2 che serve davvero per vivere con consapevolezza.<\/p>\n<p>Il fine ultimo dello yoga, viene visto in due modi a seconda delle scuole di pensiero.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>Per il <span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #99ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/il-samkhya\">Samkhya<\/a><\/span>: L&#8217;anima (<em>il purusha<\/em>) \u00e8 vincolata dalla sua identificazione con le <strong>emanazioni<\/strong> di <em>Praktriti<\/em> (i tattva per l&#8217;appunto). La liberazione si ottiene quando il <span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"\\text{Puru\u1e63a}\">purusha<\/span> impara a discriminare (<em>viveka<\/em>) s\u00e9 stesso da tutti i 24 <span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"\\text{Tattva}\">tattva<\/span> manifesti della prakriti raggiungendo lo stato di puro isolamento (<span class=\"math-inline\" data-math=\"\\text{Kaivalya}\">Kaivalya<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p>Per il <span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #99ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/il-tantra\/\">Tantra<\/a><\/span>: la liberazione per lo yoga tantrico non \u00e8 solo la discriminazione, ma la <b>riunificazione<\/b> (non-dualit\u00e0) di Purusha con Shiva-Shakti dissolvendo i tattva inferiori e superiori nella Coscienza Assoluta.<\/p>\n<p>In entrambi i casi, la pratica altro non \u00e8 che un percorso a ritroso, per ritornare al momento in cui i principi primordiali purusha e prakriti si sono incontrati e hanno generato la realt\u00e0 in cui siamo immersi.<\/p>\n<h4>Ma insomma, che cosa sono questi tattva?<\/h4>\n<p>Lo del <span style=\"color: #000000;\">sam yoga del samkhya conta<\/span> 25 tattva, condivisi anche da quello tanttico, che per\u00f2 ne aggiunge ulteriori 11.<\/p>\n<p>Per primi troviamo i gi\u00e0 menzionati, dal cui incontro si<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\"><strong>1. Purusha (Coscienza) <\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\"><strong>\u00a02. Prakriti (Natura originaria)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le successive emanazioni a manifestarsi sono quelle relative allo &#8220;strumento psichico&#8221; (ne parliamo pi\u00f9 in dettaglio <span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #99ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/la-mente-per-lo-yoga\">qui<\/a><\/span>)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3. <strong>Buddhi (Intelletto)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>4. <strong>Ahamk\u0101ra (Senso dell\u2019Io)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>5. Sono principi spirituali, che fanno riferimento agli stadi della manifestazione divina stessa. I desideri che agitano le nostre menti e che proviamo a soddisfare con carte igieniche alla lavanda e spazzolini smart, non sono altro che un frutto di questa errata concezione. Qualcuno, <em>nei tempi vedici<\/em>, ha avuto la premura di decostruire questa illusione per noi.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Quello dei tattva, soprattutto per chi pratica yoga, per quanto complesso, non \u00e8 quindi concetto superfluo. ma \u00e8&#8221;mappa essenziale&#8221; per la navigazione interiore. Se la societ\u00e0 moderna ci spinge ad aggiungere costantemente, accumulando oggetti e identificazioni, la saggezza del samkhya e del tantra ci insegna a <b>sottrarre<\/b>. Il viaggio di risalita dalla prakriti (Terra) a Shiva (Coscienza) \u00e8 l&#8217;arte di discernere ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 immutabile, il Purusha, da ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 mutevole, e di riconoscere la nostra intera esperienza come una manifestazione del Divino.
