Dormiteci su."},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-post-featured-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/pradipo-dormire.jpg\" class=\"attachment-post-thumbnail size-post-thumbnail wp-post-image\" alt=\"immagine di un bradipo simpatico\" style=\"object-fit:cover;\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/pradipo-dormire.jpg 800w, https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/pradipo-dormire-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/pradipo-dormire-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/pradipo-dormire-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h4 data-start=\"223\" data-end=\"251\">Viaggiatori ipnagogici<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"252\" data-end=\"560\">I <em>rishi<\/em> (saggi( che ci hanno consegnato le scoperte e le tecniche millenarie dello yoga, avevano sicuramente numerose facolt\u00e0 speciali e poteri sovrannaturali&#8230; Ma anche loro dormivano.<br data-start=\"369\" data-end=\"372\" \/>Ovviamente per\u00f2 lo facevano in modo diverso da noi: quando scivolavano nel sonno, riuscivano a restare vigili quel tanto che basta per attraversare i mondi del sogno e tornare con nuovi insegnamenti.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"593\">Fenomenologia del dormire<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"594\" data-end=\"860\">Questa capacit\u00e0 di restare coscienti al confine tra veglia e sonno \u00e8 alla base dello <em data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"691\">Yoga Nidra<\/em>, il \u201cSonno Yogico\u201d.<br data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"714\" \/>Oggi sappiamo che dietro questa pratica non c\u2019\u00e8 solo misticismo, ma anche una profonda comprensione del sistema nervoso e dei processi ormonali.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"1173\">Quando ci addormentiamo, l\u2019intelletto (<em data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"909\">buddhi<\/em>) e il senso dell\u2019io (<em data-start=\"931\" data-end=\"941\">ahamkara<\/em>) si ritirano. La mente (<em data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"973\">manas<\/em>) allora inizia a muoversi liberamente dentro il deposito delle impressioni e delle esperienze passate (<em data-start=\"1077\" data-end=\"1085\">chitta<\/em>).<br data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1090\" \/>Per questo i sogni, pur privi di logica, rivelano contenuti del nostro inconscio.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1202\">Il sistema del riposo<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1520\">Quando la mente razionale (Buddhi) e il senso dell&#8217;io (Ahamkara) rallentano, il corpo disattiva il \u201cpedale dell\u2019allerta\u201d, cio\u00e8 il Sistema Nervoso Simpatico, e attiva il Sistema Nervoso Parasimpatico: quello del \u201criposo e ripristino\u201d.<br data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1399\" \/>In questa fase la frequenza cardiaca cala, la pressione si abbassa e l\u2019intero organismo riceve un segnale di sicurezza.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1522\" data-end=\"1878\">L\u2019ipotalamo riduce allora la produzione di cortisolo, l\u2019ormone dello stress. Solo quando il suo livello notturno \u00e8 minimo, il sonno pu\u00f2 diventare profondo e rigenerante.<br data-start=\"1691\" data-end=\"1694\" \/>Il cervello rallenta i ritmi e si prepara al viaggio ipnagogico, passando dalle onde Beta \u2014 quelle della veglia attiva \u2014 alle onde Alfa, proprie della calma e della soglia del sogno.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1880\" data-end=\"1908\">Onde di consapevolezza<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"2067\">La scienza misura gli stati della coscienza in base alla frequenza elettrica del cervello. Lo Yoga Nidra \u00e8 un percorso intenzionale attraverso questi stati.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2069\" data-end=\"2231\"><strong data-start=\"2069\" data-end=\"2102\">1. Stato di veglia \u2013 <em data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2100\">Jagrat<\/em><\/strong><br data-start=\"2102\" data-end=\"2105\" \/>Quando siamo attivi, il cervello lavora a frequenze Beta (13\u201330 Hz). \u00c8 lo stato della concentrazione, ma anche dello <span style=\"color: #99ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #99ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/en\/stress\/\">stress<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2233\" data-end=\"2429\"><strong data-start=\"2233\" data-end=\"2278\">2. Stato ipnagogico \u2013 onde Alfa (8\u201312 Hz)<\/strong><br data-start=\"2278\" data-end=\"2281\" \/>Poco prima di addormentarci, la nostra mente si rilassa e il corpo si ferma. \u00c8 la prima soglia dello Yoga Nidra: calma, creativit\u00e0 e meditazione leggera.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2431\" data-end=\"2707\"><strong data-start=\"2431\" data-end=\"2463\">3. Stato di sogno \u2013 <em data-start=\"2453\" data-end=\"2461\">Svapna<\/em><\/strong><br data-start=\"2463\" data-end=\"2466\" \/>Nel sonno REM emergono le onde Theta (4\u20137 Hz), associate all\u2019intuizione e alla profonda immaginazione. Qui il praticante pu\u00f2 \u201cpiantare\u201d nel <em data-start=\"2606\" data-end=\"2614\">chitta<\/em> il proprio <em data-start=\"2626\" data-end=\"2636\">sankalpa: <\/em>un\u2019intenzione consapevole per evolversi, che agir\u00e0 anche nello stato di veglia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2709\" data-end=\"2937\"><strong data-start=\"2709\" data-end=\"2752\">4. Stato di sonno profondo \u2013 <em data-start=\"2740\" data-end=\"2750\">Sushupti<\/em><\/strong><br data-start=\"2752\" data-end=\"2755\" \/>Nel sonno senza sogni il cervello entra in onde Delta (0,5\u20134 Hz). \u00c8 la fase del riposo pi\u00f9 profondo e del rilascio dell\u2019ormone della crescita, essenziale per la riparazione fisica.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"2939\" data-end=\"3263\"><strong data-start=\"2939\" data-end=\"2972\"><em data-start=\"2962\" data-end=\"2970\">Turiya<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2939\" data-end=\"3263\">Oltre la veglia, il sogno e il sonno profondo, lo Yoga Nidra apre la porta al \u201cquarto stato\u201d, <em data-start=\"3069\" data-end=\"3077\">Turiya<\/em>: una presenza pura, libera dai sensi e dalle immagini mentali. \u00c8 lo stato di pace assoluta e di coscienza unificata, dove avvengono i processi pi\u00f9 profondi di guarigione e intuizione.
