Hai comprato anche un ottimo tappetino per corredare i tuoi buoni propositi. Inizia la lezione. Ti siedi, come tutti, a gambe incrociate, con gli occhi chiusi e&#8230; Le persone accanto a te iniziano a emettere qualcosa tra un ululato e un lamento:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;OOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMM&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ti domandi e vorresti domandare &#8220;perch\u00e8?&#8221;, ma ti imbarazza troppo formulare la domanda. Cos\u00ec, per le volte successive, decidi semplicemente che ululerai anche tu, oppure farai finta di cadere in una profonda trance e ignorerai quella parte.<\/p>\n<h4>Un suono primordiale<\/h4>\n<p>L&#8217;AUM o <em>pranava<\/em> \u00e8 considerato il <b>mantra primordiale<\/b>, il suono sacro da cui, secondo la filosofia yogica e induista, \u00e8 nato l&#8217;intero universo. \u00c8 il suono della vibrazione cosmica.<\/p>\n<p>Per prima cosa quindi cantare l&#8217;AUM simboleggia il desiderio di connettersi con la <b>consapevolezza suprema<\/b> (Brahman) e con la <a href=\"https:\/\/bhramarayoga.it\/en\/i-tattva\/\">coscienza universale<\/a> di cui siamo parte.<\/p>\n<h4>A-U-M<\/h4>\n<p>C&#8217;\u00e8 poi un profondo significato simbolico nelle lettere che compongono l&#8217;invocazione AUM (pi\u00f9 il silenzio finale). Questi suoni (e non-suoni) rappresentano gli stati di coscienza attraverso i quali vuole condurci la pratica, nonch\u00e8 le tre divinit\u00e0 (trimurti) centrali dello yoga e dell&#8217;induismo e la forza creatrice Brahman.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><b>A (Ah):<\/b> Rappresenta la <b>Creazione<\/b> (o lo stato di veglia &#8211; <i>Jagrat<\/i>). Della trimurti rappresenta Brahma.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>U (Uu):<\/b> Rappresenta la <b>Conservazione<\/b> (o lo stato di sogno &#8211; <i>Swapna<\/i>). Rappresenta la divinit\u00e0 Vishnu .<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>M (Mmm):<\/b> Rappresenta la <b>Dissoluzione\/Trasformazione<\/b> (o lo stato di sonno profondo &#8211; <i>Sushupti<\/i>). Rappresenta Shiva, il distruttore.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Il Silenzio finale:<\/b> Rappresenta il quarto stato (<i>Turiya<\/i>), lo <b>stato trascendentale<\/b>, la pura consapevolezza che \u00e8 oltre la dualit\u00e0. Rappresenta Brahman, la forza creatrice originaria.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>I benefici fisici<\/h4>\n<p>E se praticate yoga solo perch\u00e8 vi piace uscire dalla classe un po&#8217; pi\u00f9 dritti e tonici, beh, sappiate che il pranava ha anche benefici fisici.<br \/>Le vibrazioni prodotte dal canto aiutano a <b>calmare la mente<\/b> e a ridurre lo stress e l&#8217;ansia. Questa attivit\u00e0 infatti rafforza il midollo spinale e la digestione tramite la stimolazione del nervo vago.<br \/>Il suono Om crea vibrazioni che si propagano nel corpo, stimolando la respirazione, rilassando i muscoli e migliorando il sistema nervoso.<br \/>Tutto ci\u00f2 prepara sia la mente che il corpo a una pratica yoga pi\u00f9 profonda e consapevole.\u200b<\/p>\n<h4>Il secondo OM non si scorda mai<\/h4>\n<p>&#8230;ma pu\u00f2 essere anche il terzo, il quarto o il millesimo. Praticare dopo aver intonato il pranava, pu\u00f2 essere un&#8217;esperienza nuova.
