Every living being is in search of well-being.

Authentic well-being, however, is only one: that which unites body and mind.
We can have a fit body, but if something inside us is out of balance, what well-being is?

And, conversely, how can we feel serene if the body is in pain and cannot find peace?

Yoga helps us precisely in this: to remain vital, present, listening to the body.
And sometimes the body also asks for external help, a contact that releases tension and brings it back into harmony.

Human beings have been using massage for this purpose for millennia: the ancient Egyptians and Assyrians already considered it an integral part of their respective medicines.

Its benefits are numerous and well-documented: it relaxes the muscles, reduces stress and anxiety, alleviates pain, improves circulation, and promotes... a deeper sleep.

Decontracting Massage

This treatment is the “classic western massage” and combines the need for release deep-seated tensions with the desire for a deep relaxation.



How it takes place:

The massage is performed all over the body, but using modulated and targeted pressure, it works especially on areas of stress accumulation (such as the back, shoulders and neck), to loosen muscle “knots” that restrict movement and well-being.

It is received in underwear.

Slow, repetitive movements with light, targeted pressure.  

It is received in underwear.

Californian Holistic Massage

The Californian Massage
is an enveloping experience, which aims to rebuild the body scheme.

This treatment is not limited to the body, but goes so far as to awaken the body and emotional awareness, giving a profound feeling of security and harmony.


How it takes place:

The manoeuvres are long, fluid and rhythmic, almost like a dance.

It is received in underwear and with as much exposed skin as possible.

Thai Massage

How it takes place:

It is performed on the floor, on a futon.
