ASANA

Le asana (postures) are the third step in Patanjali's ashtanga yoga path.

When we talk about yoga in the West, we often refer exclusively to this step.

For yoga, asanas are a fundamental tool for purifying the body and keeping it healthy.

This is why we try to practice in awareness, care and acceptance of a group.

There is no “performance” or competition and the practices are suitable for all levels, as each person deepens them according to his or her own possibilities and experience.

When performing the postures, we take a careful approach to alignment and posture.
