Every living being seeks wellness.

However, there is only one authentic wellness: that which unites body and mind.
We can have a fit body, but if something within us is out of balance, what kind of wellness is that?

And, conversely, how can we feel serene if the body suffers and finds no peace?

Yoga helps us precisely with this: to remain vital, present, listening to the body.
And sometimes the body also asks for external help, a touch that releases tension and brings it back into harmony.

Humans have used massage for millennia for this purpose: already the ancient Egyptians and Assyrians considered it an integral part of their respective medicines.

Its benefits are numerous and documented: it relaxes muscles, reduces stress and anxiety, alleviates pain, improves circulation, and promotes deeper sleep.

Deep Tissue

This treatment is the "classic Western massage" and combines the need to release deep tension with the desire for profound relaxation.

How it's performed:

The massage is performed on the entire body, but using modulated and targeted pressure, it focuses primarily on areas of stress accumulation (such as the back, shoulders, and neck), to release muscular "knots" that limit movement and well-being.

You receive it in underwear.

Benefits:

alleviates localized pain, improves posture, facilitates muscle recovery.

Ideal if:

You spend many hours sitting, feel a stiff back, or seek relief from chronic muscle pain.

Lymphatic Drainage

It is a delicate treatment that stimulates the lymphatic system, promoting fluid drainage and providing lightness and well-being. It improves skin appearance and helps reduce water retention and cellulite.

How it's performed:

Slow and repetitive movements, with light and targeted pressure.

You receive it in underwear.

Benefits:

Reactivates circulation, reduces swelling and retention, promotes relaxation, and improves skin tone and elasticity.

Ideal if:

You want to feel light and regenerated, reduce swelling and cellulite, or indulge in a moment of deep relaxation.

Californian

The Californian massage
is an enveloping experience, aiming to reconstruct the body schema.

This treatment is not limited to the body but awakens bodily and emotional awareness, providing a profound sense of security and harmony.

How it's performed:

The movements are long, fluid, and rhythmic, almost like a dance.

You receive it in underwear and with as much skin exposed as possible.

Benefits:

drastic reduction of anxiety and stress, improves body image, promotes emotional release.

Ideal if:

you are looking for an experience of pampering and surrender,
desire deep relaxation
or
want to rediscover a peaceful connection with your body.

Thai

An ancient healing art that aligns perfectly with the philosophy of yoga.

It is a dynamic and energizing treatment.

How it's performed:

It is performed on the floor, on a futon.

The therapist uses their own body to alternate acupressure techniques along the energy lines (sen) and sessions of passive stretching (similar to yoga poses).

You receive it clothed.

Benefits:

increases flexibility, improves energetic circulation, relieves joint tension.

Ideal if:

you are looking for energy and vitality,
want to improve your flexibility
or
love the holistic and Eastern approach.
