Often, we live treating our tensions as if they were a part of us. Together, we discover that every blockage — physical, emotional, or energetic — is merely a passing moment.

About Me:

I am a massage therapist and holistic practitioner, certified by CSEN since 2018. My professional journey is rooted in my experience as a social services technician and activity leader since 2012, a path that has given me the privilege of working with vulnerable individuals, children, and the elderly, through care, listening, creativity, and co-leading artistic workshops.

I have been practicing Yoga with Master Stefano for years, with whom I now actively and gratefully collaborate on Yoga and wellness projects.

The discipline and awareness of practice, in my profession and in life, embody for me the concept of holism: not a concept to preach, but a slow and constant personal practice that permeates every aspect of oneself.

Holistic Massages and Energy Practices:

Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian): A Hawaiian ritual performed with the forearms and through long, rhythmic "wave-like" movements. This technique envelops the entire body, releases deep muscle tension, and re-establish energy flow. 

Californian: An extremely enveloping and sensory technique. Fluid and slow strokes create a feeling of protection and integrity, reconnecting the bond between body and emotions.

Relaxing: Calibrated pressures and gentle kneading. An invitation for the nervous system to release its defenses and rediscover calm.

Holistic Decontracting: On the Physical Level, it uses deep pressures, frictions, and specific maneuvers to release muscle tensions ("knots") caused by incorrect postures or physical exertion.                                                                                                On the Emotional and Energetic Level, it starts from the premise that every contraction is often the "armor" of an experience. A contracted muscle is a held emotion, an unexpressed breath, a burden the person carries on their shoulders.

Energetic: A combination of acupressure and targeted strokes along the meridians. It works on energetic "emptiness and fullness" to remove stagnation and restore inner vitality. Can also be performed while fully clothed.

Draining (Holistic Method): Light pressures and rhythmic pumping movements. It follows the lymphatic pathway to facilitate fluid drainage and toxin elimination, respecting the body's physiological rhythms without ever forcing the tissues.

Lifting: Deep stimulation and fast frictions on the muscles of the face and body. It reactivates microcirculation and oxygenates tissues for natural radiance and relaxed features.
